Going Dutch: Serving Up Pancakes at Pannenkoeken Café

At Me: in focus, we love learning about food (and about the people who make food). This month, we went to Lincoln Square to check out Pannenkoeken Cafe, a casual little restaurant on Western Ave. that whips up delicious pannenkoek, a traditional Dutch pancake that resembles an open-faced crepe. Pannenkoeken Cafe is run by the mother and daughter team of Linda Ellis and Gina Salgado.
